Due to the nature of Original art and the commission basis that we sell them on in the Gallery we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If this does happen please contact us as soon as possible with images of the damage and the packaging so we can arrange a collection and refund for you. For further details on our returns policy please see our ‘Terms of sale’.

  • Can I reserve a painting?

The option to reserve a painting is up to the Galleries discretion depending on the artwork. Our usual policy is that we are happy to reserve an artwork for up to 5 working days, however reserving an artwork is not a guarantee of purchase right.

If a deposit is taken for an artwork that is reserved it will be fully refundable for up to six months however the painting itself will only be held for 5 days. After the six month period after the deposit is taken the Gallery will hold the right to refuse a refund.

We understand that sometimes you need a few days to consider your purchase, or to measure up to make sure you have the correct space for it so please do get in touch if you are considering a painting and we will do our best to answer all your questions and reserve the painting while you think if needed.
